Trattoria della Santa offers fresh dishes made from carefully selected seasonal ingredients. You can choose from the many specialities of Emilian cuisine, including:


  • tortellini, tortelloni and lasagne;
  • tagliatelle, gramigna with sausage and garganelli speck and rocket;
  • risotto and mushroom and truffle specialities;
  • Bolognese cutlets;
  • fillets with pepper, balsamic vinegar, Voronoff style;
  • escalopes with porcini mushrooms and lemon;
  • sirloin of veal;
  • homemade desserts.
